45.3 to CE Dean, scooped but picks out the fielder! Vihanga takes a cool catch on the edge of the circle at 45 degrees, and SL break the stand. Dean had to get a wriggle on, really. Connected pretty well as she went across her stumps but sent it straight into the hands. 206/7 49.5 to Nat Sciver-Brunt, full toss... and NSB holes out! A gimme from the penultimate ball of the innings, but she didn't quite time it. Juggling catch from the fielder at long-on. They are checking for a no-ball on height, but looks fine from side on. Still, a fabulous innings from Sciver-Brunt. She walks off to applause from around the ground, having done the lion's share for the Three Lions here. 252/9

9.3 to TT Beaumont, Dasanayake gets Beaumont! This was tossed up outside off, as Beaumont again looks to come down the track, but this time the attempted loft is sliced - perhaps the ball gripping a touch - as point settles under it and takes a well judged catch. 49/2 46.4 to S Ecclestone, Ecclestone walks past one to be stumped! There'll be no lower-order humpty from her today. Speared behind the pads, it'll be a wide - but more good work from Sanjeewani, going to her left and then bringing the ball quickly back to the stumps. Only a half-hearted attempt from Ecclestone to get back. 216/8

21.4 to HC Knight, An absolute clutch review breaks this threatening stand! Appeal for a catch as this is a miscued reverse that pops up to first slip. Nothing from the umpire, and as the clock winds down Chamari sheepishly calls for a review. SL gambling on their final review. Oh and this is a great one, as replays show it's right off the glove! Sri Lanka have the breakthrough they desperately needed! This review was taken with just 2 seconds left on the clock!. 109/3 34.1 to EL Lamb, bowled behind her legs! Lamb gets it wrong and Ranaweera strikes again. Plants the front foot and gets low, but the ball dips and spins past the bat, before deflecting off the leg and into the stumps. England lose their fifth wicket, to the backdrop of a rather fetching Colombo sunset. 168/5 34.5 to A Capsey, done like a kipper again... but is it out? Think SL are appealing for caught behind and stumping. Either/or. They'll get the latter, Sanjeewani alert to the back foot dragging forward. Brilliant from Ranaweera, drifting the ball in and then ragging it past the outside edge! She has two in the over, and England are on a proper wobble. 168/6

30.2 to SIR Dunkley, driven firmly... but straight back to the bowler! Taken low down, a sharp catch by Kavisha, and SL knock over another one. Dunkley hangs her head. The TV umpire is going to check this but replays quickly confirm it carried, a good clean catch and off Dunkley pops. 146/4 |

45.4 to KDU Prabodhani, pinged to cover, NSB holds on! Smith finally winkles out the last one, luring Prabodani into the drive again, and England have wrapped up a thumping win to go top of the group standings. 164/10

33.3 to MAA Sanjeewani, And there's another! Sciver-Brunt adds a wicket to her glorious day, as this nips back in and traps Sanjeewani in front of middle. Sri Lanka though review. No bat involved, and it's three reds! Review lost to boot, but not sure that matters much anymore. This game is now on its last legs. 134/6 37.4 to D Vihanga, snapped up by Dean at midwicket! Vihanga attempts to muscle the ball through the leg side but it is smartly intercepted on the dive, giving NSB another wicket to go with her century earlier in the day. 145/7

9.1 to RMVD Gunaratne, And she strikes first ball! And what a ripper it is! This was tossed up wide of off, and it lures Vishmi into the drive before turning back in sharply to clip the top of leg stump. That was pretty brisk as well at 77kph, stunning ball first up. 37/1 40.1 to BMSM Kumari, bowled 'er, straight through! Dean picks up another with an arm ball that defeats Sugandika's defence. Slides on past the inside edge to hit middle stump via a deflection off the back leg. 157/9
5 | 1 | 15 | 1 | 3.00 | 19 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
39.6 to NND Silva, popped to midwicket! Capsey joins the wicket-takers' list. Given some air and Nilakshika is defeated in the flight, through the shot early and ends up looping a simple catch to Knight. 157/8

Ecclestone silences the crowd! Is this the game? Absolute beauty from Ecclestone, some dip and turn as Chamari was lured into the drive, before this one turns right through bat and pad to clatter into the stumps. Sri Lanka have lost half their side. 18/0 20.1 to GWHM Perera, slogged... straight to mid-on! Hasini looks to flick the switch against the No. 1-ranked ODI bowler, after more than an hour of calm accumulation, but doesn't get the height. Well held above her head by Capsey, and England have the breakthrough. Ecclestone strikes in her second over. 95/2 22.3 to H Samarawickrama, top-edged and taken on the run at short fine! Ecclestone gets the other set batter now. Samarawickrama had played nicely but flirts with danger once too often, going for the sweep but undone by Ecclestone's bounce. Bell gallops over and holds onto a sprawling take. 98/3 24.5 to WK Dilhari, Kavisha misses, Ecclestone hits! Lovely drop on this, going on with the arm as the batter aims a big sweep across the line. Smacks into the top of off stump and SL sink further. Ecclestone has them trussed up, figures of 3 for 4 from 23 balls so far. 103/4 28.6 to AMCJK Athapaththu, Ecclestone silences the crowd! Is this the game? Absolute beauty from Ecclestone, some dip and turn as Chamari was lured into the drive, before this one turns right through bat and pad to clatter into the stumps. Sri Lanka have lost half their side. 116/5 |
