Jafer Chohan

Legspinner Jafer Chohan joined Yorkshire after impressing as a net bowler during an England training session at Loughborough, where he dismissed both Joe Root and Ben Duckett. After time in the Middlesex Academy, Chohan earned another shot at county level through the South Asian Cricket Academy and a stint in the National Counties competition for Berkshire. He impressed enough for Yorkshire in his second season in the Blast to win a call-up for England's T20I squad to tour the Caribbean, before going on to appear in the 2024-25 Big Bash with Sydney Sixers. He was also picked up to play in the Hundred, turning out for London Spirit.
