Full commentary
Excellent performance by Nepal's bowlers to put them in a winning position. UAE's bowlers responded well themselves but with only 133 runs to defend, everything would have had to have gone their way. A fine innings by Anil Mandal played a big part in Nepal's successful run-chase.
On this form, Nepal have the bowlers to go a long way in this event. Our congratulations to them, they have a couple of days off until their next match against Kuwait on Saturday. Thanks for logging on, join us again tomorrow for the second day of this year's ACC Trophy Elite, when we'll be online from 0530hrs GMT.
