3.2 to LMP Simmons, far too soon for those kinds of shots, even if the pitch seems terribly inviting to the batsmen. Simmons, slotted in to open for the first time for the series, rushes down the pitch and goes for the heave ho. Miscues it and offers a skier to mid-off. 7/1
10 | 1 | 59 | 4 | 5.90 | 32 | 6 | 2 | 1 | 0 | |
4.5 to CH Gayle, and Al-Amin gets his man as he bowls one on a fantastic line as this just shapes away from Gayle on a middle line, with the batsman guilty of hanging his bat as the ball catches the outside edge to offer a simple chance behind to Mushfiqur, who snaps it up gleefully. Al-Amin is pumped and Bangladesh are sniffing some early blood here. 12/2 47.2 to DJG Sammy, going for the wide yorker but gets his length slightly off as this is converted into a low full toss outside off, but luckily for Al-Amin, Sammy struggles to get this away as this ends up spooning high over to deep extra-cover, who is able to get under it to take a smart catch. West Indies looking to hit out in these final overs as Bangladesh seek desperately for a modicum of control on the scoring rate. 320/5 49.3 to D Ramdin, and he is going to finish level with BC Lara on 169 as his blinder of an innings finally comes to an end as he looks to clear Al-Amin, who is looking for the blockhole once more, but just can't get enough on it to clear the fielder stationed just before the rope, as this one flies directly to him. Ramdin is kicking himself, but he has more than done his job today for his country. Has really set up West Indies beautifully here. 338/6 49.4 to JO Holder, and his stay at the crease ends as quickly as it began as he pretty much follows Ramdin to the pavilion with a similar-looking shot that is picked up by the same, exact fielder, as the one Ramdin found before, and all of a sudden Al-Amin is now on a hat-trick with two balls left. 338/7
10 | 0 | 76 | 1 | 7.60 | 27 | 6 | 3 | 4 | 0 | |
44.5 to KA Pollard, holes out at long-on, but there are no celebrations, prompting a few people to doubt if the catch was taken. This was flighted on middle and leg, Pollard wound up for the big hit but didn't put enough muscled behind it.. 302/4
10 | 1 | 48 | 1 | 4.80 | 33 | 0 | 3 | 1 | 0 | |
42.4 to DM Bravo, slows it up as he sees the batsman advancing and that makes Bravo miscue, to point. He was running out of juice anyway, which was why he tried to hit everything out of the park. Terrific innings from Lil B. 270/3

0.5 to Anamul Haque, perfect start for the West Indies, this straightens off a good length and forces Anamul to hang his bat. The edge sails through to second slip. He was rooted to the crease and felt for the ball, which led to his downfall. 1/1
10 | 2 | 29 | 4 | 2.90 | 46 | 4 | 0 | 3 | 0 | |
1.5 to Imrul Kayes, Oh my, oh my! That is an absolute stunner. Roach almost defied gravity for a moment as he hung in mid-air, stuck out his right hand, and plucked a mistimed pull at mid on to complete a mesmerising catch. Fantastic athleticism on display here as Bangladesh go two down very early in the piece. 2/2 36.6 to Mushfiqur Rahim, and Mushfiqur's vigil finally comes to an end as he looks for some quick runs over square leg, hitting this fuller delivery from Rampaul to Darren Sammy, who takes a good, safe catch. With this wicket, West Indies will feel even more secure in their position. 163/5 46.1 to Nasir Hossain, and he strikes straightaway, taking the useful wicket of Nasir as he looked to deposit Rampaul back over his head into the stands, but only succeeds in lifting this one high and handsome, with Kemar Roach coming round from long on to complete the catch. 215/7 48.4 to Sohag Gazi, bowled 'im! full and fast and on target and all Rampaul needed was for Gazi to miss, which he does as he looks to blast this out of St Kitts. Gazi, however, is unmoved as they await the no-ball replay. Rampaul looks safe, but only just, as he has a little bit of his boot behind the line upon impact. 230/8
5 | 1 | 32 | 1 | 6.40 | 16 | 5 | 0 | 1 | 1 | |
24.5 to Mominul Haque, one flash too many and this time the outside edge is thick enough to carry to first slip. They've been probing outside his off stump ever since he got to the crease, he's had problems there in the recent past and has become his downfall again. 108/4
9 | 0 | 48 | 1 | 5.33 | 26 | 5 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
40.4 to Mahmudullah, good slower ball by Roach, this one well outside off, as Mahmudullah is guilty of following this one as he goes for a half-hearted cut, hoping to get this through the slip region, but instead manages a thick outside edge which is taken by Ramdin. West Indies four wickets away now from wrapping this up. 178/6
10 | 0 | 31 | 1 | 3.10 | 40 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
21.6 to Tamim Iqbal, chose the wrong ball to cut. That was ducking back in at him, it was the knuckle ball that skids off the turf, takes the bottom edge and crashes into the sticks. 101/3
