India vs Pakistan, 1st ODI at Abu Dhabi, Apr 18 2006 - Ball by Ball Commentary
Pakistan win by 6 wickets and they now lead the 2-match series 1-0!
198 was a modest target but it's always a tricky affair chasing small targets, especially in these kind of wickets but the Pakistan batsmen made it look easy.
The openers started off well adding 42 runs for the first wicket and that eased the pressure and put Pakistan right on top, Younis Khan came up with a gem of an innings, that took the game away from India. There was a bit of a wobble towards the end when Inzi got out but Akmal joined in and gave good support to Khan and they finished it off in style.
So Pakistan starts off with a comprehensive win which gives them an unassailable lead, Younis Khan has been awarded the man of the match award for his match-winning innings.
