17.4 to S Jora, Back of a length and hung away wide of off, tries again as he should and this time he doesn't get enough, holed out to long-on! Exceptional innings nevertheless, his career-best score but told to wait by the umpire as the front foot gets checked and oh my word, the FOOT IS NOT behind the line! He will get a reprieve! Looks like fortune is favoring Nepal as well. Another costly unforced error. Don't think anything is behind the line. Jora has already taken his position and that is quite astonishing! OUT on the big screen but the benefit of the faint doubt goes to the bowler on this occasion even though the foot slid past the line before ball release. 143/4

1.2 to K Bhurtel, Hosein strikes! Floating onto middle, he gets trapped deep in the crease and tries to nudge it away but is early through the shot and looks plumb! It was drifting in and he was rooted back, trying to work it away but missed the line and didn't account for the turn, Hosein makes an impact straightaway!. 10/1 3.3 to RK Paudel, Doesn't give any leeeway! Clever variation! Captain snares another captain! He crouches and tries to heave it over leg-side, ball turned back sharply and beat his ambitious swing, hits the middle-stump and it's a massive breakthrough!. 14/2

19.1 to Gulsan Jha, Full and straight on middle, looks stone dead as he tries to club a pull! Over the wicket and was dipping at him, near yorker, right in front of the stumps, no confusion whatsoever in the mind of umpire. 158/5 19.6 to Mohammad Aadil Alam, Shuffles across his stumps in a bid to whip it over deep square, ends up getting trapped in front and the umpire raises the finger. Excellent total from Nepal. They would be happy with the total they have mustered, scored 10 rpo in the last five overs. 173/6 |

2.2 to J Andrew, Stumps askew! Over the wicket, zips it quicker on a slightly shorter length and gets it to turn across middle a wee bit, he backs away to thwacks a cut and misses it as the ball smashes the top of middle-stump. Pure elation for Nepal. Everthing they touch has turned to gold so far. 4/1

3.2 to KU Carty, standing outside his crease. Back of a length and hovering in the channel, a loose shot, just throws his bat at it and wafts into the hands of the fielder at cover who lunges at it and pockets a low sensational catch. Nightmarish start by West Indies and Nepal are bossing the game. Under tremendous pressure! A tame end and a frustrated shot. 5-2! Nepal couldn't have asked for a better start. 5/2

7.3 to KR Mayers, What a stunning running catch at sweeper cover! Oh my goodness! That is unbelieveable, ball was dying at him but he kept sprinting towards his left and pouched it low and followed it up with a fiery celebration! Nepal believe! Mayers resistance comes to an end. West Indies are going nowhere with this chase, three wickets down and the asking rate is rising exponentially. Going Nepal's way at a rate of knots. Was a fuller ball on off. 23/3 9.5 to AWJ Auguste, Disturbs the furniture! Slow length ball deviating away a touch and crashing onto the off-stump! He got low to pull it across the line and was way early through the shot, beaten by the cunning lack of pace! Nepal are cruising and having a ball out there whereas West Indies are staring into the abyss! Umpire having a drink and then signaling a timeout, has a smile on his face. 38/4 11.5 to AA Jangoo, Tries to lambast the length ball wide of off outside the park and has got a lot of elevation but not the requisite distance. Wheels continue to come off as Jangoo tries to climb on it but has found the fielder to perfection at deep midwicket. Half of the team has gone back to the hut. Alarming situation for West Indies as Nepal inch closer to a memorable and first-ever series win. They will have to play extremely poorly to allow West Indies get back in this game. 63/5 15.5 to N Bidaisee, Holes out to deep midwicket! Nepal fans are dancing in the aisles and the party has already started! Slow delivery on a shorter length just outside off, picks out the man perched near the rope! It's been a thorough examination so far and West Indies are way behind in first two T20Is. 79/8

13.2 to FA Allen, Chopped back onto the stumps! Everthing going Nepal's way. Allen tried to put pressure on the seemingly part-time bowler and ends up making a mess of his stumps, stride forward to plonk a sweep and perishes in the process. West Indies would be stunned at rightly so. Looks like a big mismatch. 74/6 13.5 to AJ Hosein, Wickets continue to tumble! No pace to work with, length and spinning across off, down on one knee for a slog sweep and the captain departs, find the man at deep square, beautiful catch by Aadil moving to his right and Nepal haven't been made to sweat at all! Hosein goes without troubling the scorers! pin-drop silence and long face in West Indies dug-out. Would be a humiliating defeat. 74/7 17.1 to Z Motara, The victory marks a red-letter day for Nepal! Over the wicket, tosses it up on a stumps-to-stumps line and the fielder has taken an absolute worldie at long-on, maintaining the stellar fielding standards, gobbled up near the rope while backtracking! Neapl have been exceptional in the field and they have outclassed the mighty West Indies in all facets of the fame, etching their name in the history books by pulling off a memorable series win against a full-member! A truly momentous occasion for Nepal! Congratulations to them for penning down a new chapter in their amazing cricketing folklore! Kudos to the fans who have thronged the stadiums and flooded social media, backing this team and the result is no surprise. It's such an incredible and highly watchable team that is not afraid of any opposition and backs their strengths. The margin of victory is astounding, despite the fact that West Indies are playing without many of their mainstays. Lots of question marks continue to linger for West Indies, who are reaching new lows. But tonight, it's all about Nepal, who have announced themselves on the big stage and richly deserve more opportunities at the top. A big day for Nepal and their cricket enthusiasts--they are taking a victory lap as Nepal fans greet them with loud cheers. 83/10

16.2 to JO Holder, Gulshan is on fire! Another phenomenal catch at long-off, dipping full at him and he tries to drill it over the fielder's head. He rushes to his left and plucked it out of thin air! Incredible fielding side with amazing self-belief and inspiring teamwork! One of the finest catches I have seen in the outfield. 81/9 |
