JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for providing delivery of the Cricket ACE UK programme to their designated county academies and designated first class county staffs.

Responsible for working within a defined budget.

KEY RESULT AREAS
Work with designated cricketers and provide the relevant Cricket ACE UK services.
Contribute to the future development of the Cricket ACE UK Programme.
Coordinate the delivery of ACE UK training and development courses throughout the designated area.
Work with cricketers, the ECB, the PCA, Academy Directors, and Coaches to identify and promote the performer's needs as directed by the Programme Co-coordinator.
Provide regular performance reports both written and verbal to the Programme Co-coordinator
To promote the value of the Cricket ACE UK Programme within the game and to elite sport and service providers.
To undertake the ACE UK staff training programme and specific cricket programme and inductions.
To complete the ACE UK Post Graduate certificate qualification within 18 months of employment
To ensure the consistency of delivery and philosophy of the Cricket ACE UK programme across all County Academies and professional cricketers.
