Karachi, June 12: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to
withdraw its team from a three-match series in Dubai in September.
A spokesman of the PCB said the decision was taken after India pulled
out of the competition and also there were no facilities of
floodlights.
"Our main interest was matches against India. Now if they are not
coming, there is no charm left in the series.
He, however, said if the hosts insisted and claimed that the promotion
of cricket will suffer in Pakistan's absence, the board might consider
sending a second string.
