ECB confirms South Africa's tour of UK

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) today announced that South Africa's tour of England this summer is to go ahead as scheduled.

South Africa are due to play five npower Test matches against England and also take part in the NatWest Series together with the hosts and Zimbabwe.

ECB Chief Executive Tim Lamb said: "Following discussions with the UCBSA over the past few days, I am pleased to announce that South Africa have confirmed their intention to tour England this summer.

"There is strong demand for tickets for this summer's npower Test series against South Africa with revenues already at the £4 million mark. We would urge any supporters who have not yet purchased tickets to contact our hotline soon."
