FA Cup semi-finals:
Arsenal v Man Utd (Saturday, 12.00 GMT ko)
Last Sunday's snatched late point for United will have at least consigned their recent horror shows on the road to history, but for a large part of the game they were still chasing the ball. The fact that Arsenal didn't convert their early advantage to victory may have had more to do with their hard match at Stamford Bridge in the week rather than a return to form for United, and they are likely to be a lot fresher and prepared for this encounter. The champions elect can make their class tell to keep their treble hopes alive. Arsenal to win 2-1 at 8/1, Henry to score first at 4/1 - 30/1 Scorecast!

Sunderland v Millwall (Sunday, 13.00 GMT ko)
Very little to choose between the two teams with Millwall taking both of their league meetings this season, yet Sunderland are two points and two places higher in the table. Mick McCarthy's side have probably had the harder run to the semis, the highlight being their fifth round replay win at Birmingham, and will once again be a tough side to beat. Both sides have conceded just two goals so far in the competition, so this could easily be a low-scoring highly charged encounter, especially with the possible prize of European football at stake. Draw half-time/Sunderland full-time at 9/2 - Under 2.5 Goals 7/10!

Greyhound Scottish Derby Final (Shawfield, Saturday, 21.45 GMT)
Irish trainer Pat Buckley looks to have a strong hand numerically here with three runners, including ante-post favourite World Class, while Holdyoursilence will be flying the flag for Scotland after doing well to make it to the final. They will all have to go; however, to hold off the English challenge of the Charlie Lister kennel whose two runners command maximum respect. His English Derby winner, Farloe Verdict, has been a revelation in the competition, having yet to be headed round the first bend, and goes in to the final as the only undefeated greyhound in the race. World Class has drawn the plum trap one draw and looks the one to beat.

West Indies v England, 3rd Test (starts Thursday)
Only a big score from West Indies captain Brian Lara may be enough to prevent England from ending their 36-year wait for a Series win in the Caribbean. The key to the game could be Lara's performance with the bat; if he gets to 20 or 30 England could be trouble, considering the flatness of the pitch and the tightness of the boundaries. Four times in the last five matches there Lara has passed 50, including 153 not out against Australia!
