David Hemp will not be offered a new contract by Glamorgan according to WalesOnline. He is expected to be replaced as captain by Jamie Dalrymple.
Hemp's departure will follow the exit of chief executive Mike Fatkin and head groundsman Len Smith as the club undergoes a massive overhaul.
Hemp finished third in the Championship averages behind Gareth Rees and Mike Powell with 659 runs at 31.38, but managed just one century during the campaign. Dalrymple, though, had an even more disappointing season with 671 runs at 29.17 and collected six wickets at 61.50 in 15 matches.
Glamorgan finished eighth in Division Two of the Championship and lost the Pro40 play-off against Worcestershire to remain in the lower division.
