Temba Mkhosana joined the International Cricket Council's Development Department on secondment from the Zimbabwe Cricket Union for a period of 4 months. His role with the ICC will be as Development Project Officer.
He will be working on 2 specific projects. The first of these is completion of a web-based resource catalogue and the second will be the completion of an administration manual. Both will be useful tools that all member countries can refer to as and when they need to.
Temba has been working as General Manager: Development and before that he was General Manager: CFX Cricket Academy, also under the Zimbabwe Cricket Union. In his current position Temba is responsible for overseeing Zimbabwe's development process from U19 level to the academy.
The Zimbabwe Cricket has 3 main components, being Schools Cricket, Age-group High Performance and the Academy. Temba was born in Zimbabwe on 10 March 1970 and has been married to Vimbai since December 26, 2001.
