SL looking to take ODI momentum to Tests - Mathews
Angelo Mathews hoped the speed Sri Lanka's cricket had gathered in the other formats would help propel them to better results in Tests as well

No fallout over mankading
Sri Lanka are prepared to return fire if the ill-feeling over Jos Buttler's mankad dismissal in the ODIs manifests in on-field hostility at Lord's, captain Angelo Mathews said.
"If a team is aggressive to us, we can be aggressive as well," Mathews said. "We have not been an aggressive team in the past - we have a bit of fun on the field. But we've got to strike a balance and be focused.
"The spirit of cricket is important, but you have to make sure that no one takes advantage of it. If you are going to judge the captain or the team, it should be according to law. If not the rule has to be taken out."
Mathews said his team knew England "can be a pretty hostile place to tour", thanks to the fallout over the mankad dismissal. After the fifth ODI, he had had a heated discussion with Alastair Cook, as the pair shook hands.
"I haven't spoken to him since. It was in the heat of the moment and he was obviously disappointed after losing the series, so we didn't want to talk too much about it."
Cook, however, had softened his stance, after he had described the mankad as "pretty poor" from Sri Lanka, in the immediate aftermath of that match.
"It was frustrating at the time and what happened is still frustrating. There have been a lot of comments about it but he was within his rights to do it so the bottom line is you can't really argue."
