White and Hodge return for Victoria

After a month watching from the dressing room, Cameron White and Brad Hodge have been released from the India tour and will play for Victoria in the ING Cup match against Tasmania in Hobart on Saturday.

White will resume the captaincy and the pair, which left the national squad when Nathan Hauritz was selected for the fourth Test, replace Brendan Joseland and Brad Knowles from the team that beat South Australia last weekend.

Joseland and Gerard Denton have been dropped to make way for White and Hodge in the Pura Cup game against the Tigers, starting on Monday. The Bushrangers have not beaten Tasmania in a first-class match in Hobart for 25 years.
