Episode Eight - Push-up Variations I

As our aim is base strength it is also important to look at exercises that you can do if you do not have access to a gym. The push-up as you all know is a very simple exercise. You also use your own bodyweight as resistance, which makes it a very safe exercise. There are also a few variations of the push-up that can be performed using swiss ball. There are different benefits doing a push-up at different angles; but to gain full benefit of the exercise, the most important part is to ensure a good body position during the movement, control during the movement and full range of movement during the exercise.
