The Namibia Under-19 squad for the ICC regional qualifiers in August has been announced. The 14-member squad, who will be led by Dawid Botha, will compete against seven other sides to gain a place at next year's Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia.
Only one place is up for grabs, and Namibia must fend off competition from the favourites Kenya, who they are grouped with. Nigeria and Botswana are also in their group, Pool A. The other four teams, who comprise Pool B, are Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia and Ghana.
The competition takes place between August 25 and 30.
