Charles is forced to muscle it down the ground because he cannot swipe across it and all he does is offer a simple catch to Pollard, stationed at long on!. 40/1 5.1 to S Descarte, huge appeal, not given! Back of a length delivery that pitches on middle and leg and then spins away. Descarte has no clue about it and goes nibbling at it. Pooran thinks the batter has nicked it but the umpire is unmoved. 7.6 to F du Plessis, castled! And that is a huge moment in the game! Fizzed in on a length on middle and off. du Plessis hopes to read it off the pitch and seems to do so, to be fair to him. Tries to work this leg-spinner through square leg but perhaps aims too square, meaning that not enough of the bat is presented. The ball sneaks through and disturbs middle stump. Salamkheil has a smile on his face; du Plessis, not quite!. 71/3 19.6 to MW Forde, stumping to finish off! The Kings end up with 187! Googly on a length outside off. 17.4 to PBB Rajapaksa, goes a mile up, and taken at long on! Superbly-disguised slower ball that pitches on a full length outside off, having dipped on Rajapaksa. He is a week early into the stroke and only gets height on it. Seales settles under it, well inside the long on fence, and makes no mistake. Slower ball on a back of a length outside off and this completely deceives Carty. He does not pick it and is too early into the stroke. Chips it towards long on, where Wiese makes up ample ground to his left and then sprawls across the turf to pluck it out of thin air. 1.5 to SP Narine, a wicket on CPL debut, and it is the big scalp of Narine! Hard length on middle and leg. Pitches and skids onto Narine, rushing him into his pull.
