that was easy.... tossed up slowly on middle and leg, Munaf goes for his favourite slog but doesn't get the distance. Patel takes it easily at deep square-leg. Raina, for reasons known only to him, hugs the umpire! And Munaf enjoys a laugh after his 'cameo' of 11
India Blue vs India Green, at Ahmedabad, Oct 27 2007 - Ball by Ball Commentary
So there we have it - India Red will meet India Blue in the final tomorrow.
India Green surrendered meekly for the second day in a row and one would hope tomorrow's final isn't as one-sided. Blue's victory was built around solid contributions but their batsmen, though none went on to score a century. The match was decided once Parthiv and Rohit Sharma fell in quick succession. Ramesh Powar and Amit Mishra tied the batsmen down and prevented them from settling into partnerships.
Do join us tomorrow for the final. Praveen Kumar and Sehwag, who've been picked for the Indian one-day squad, will approach the game with renewed confidence. Till then, it's goodbye!

flighted on leg, paddled past short fine-leg
pushed down to long-on for a single
tossed on leg, Munaf gets on his knees and sweeps past square leg. He's showing he can slog

surprise! flighted on middle and leg, Munaf this time slogs and connects. The ball flies off the meat of the bat and settles down on the empty seats over deep midwicket
and Munaf, batting without a helmet (!) goes for a big slog and inside edges the ball onto his toes
excellent take by Niraj Patel! tossed up on off and middle, Singh goes for another heave over midwicket, Niraj Patel runs forward from deep midwicket and takes it on the dive just inches from the ground
