9.4 to HE van der Dussen, VDD also departs after a quiet start! Finds long-on after his attempted heave after an annoying stay at the crease, where he was restricted all along. Full delivery on middle and off, and he skipped down to loft, but found the man placed a few steps into the boundary. Ireland keeping South Africa in check right through. 52/2

18.6 to D Pretorius, Another wide-ish delivery but slower this time! But it isn't timed well. Caught at point. 178/6
4 | 0 | 48 | 1 | 12.00 | 8 | 6 | 2 | 1 | 1 | |
5.3 to Q de Kock, gone, taken at deep square leg! And with that ends de Kock's forgettable day. He went for the pull to that short of a length ball pitching on off, and hinting to angle away. In the end, he almost had to pull from a bit wider line that he would have liked, and ended up finding the man placed on the boundary. 42/1
4 | 0 | 20 | 1 | 5.00 | 11 | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
17.1 to H Klaasen, Slower delivery on leg and Klaasen tries to give himself room.. but he edges it to short third!. 156/5

12.1 to RR Hendricks, Straight through him! A bit quicker one from Delany to get through Hendricks' gates. He departs without a fifty this time... 84/3 12.3 to AK Markram, Another one gone! Big over for Ireland. Another short ball and Markram doesn't time this well. He pulled it straight into midwicket's hands. 85/4 |

1.4 to A Balbirnie, spooned to cover! Balbirnie falls for an eight-ball duck. Gets a leading edge as he looks to clip that back of a length ball on off - which seemed to have bounced more than he would have liked - as the ball is chipped to right where the man is placed. Parnell strikes early after Ireland start quietly. 2/1 1.5 to LJ Tucker, ah, gone first ball! Parnell on a hat-trick after Tucker, who got 78 in the last match, falls for a golden duck today. A good length ball on middle, as he walked down the pitch first ball to try and loft that. He wanted to go straight, but ended up getting it off the inside half of the bat to mid-on, who took a simple catch. 2/2 12.2 to C Campher, straight into de Kock's gloves! Campher tries to reverse-scoop it but doesn't connect it. 87/5 12.4 to HT Tector, short and into the body, Tector goes for the pull but top-edges it to Ngidi who runs in from short third to catch it. Fourth wicket for Parnell. 88/6 14.4 to AR McBrine, That's his first five-for in T20s! Superb catch from de Kock. A goalkeeper-esque dive from de Kock to his left and catches it with his left hand. Straight delivery on stumps, McBrine edges it. 96/9
3 | 0 | 14 | 1 | 4.66 | 11 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 0 | |
5.5 to PR Stirling, taken by Markram, placed at point, running towards short third! The slower ball - at 118kph - working for Ngidi again. Bowls much fuller than the previous ball, and goes on off stump. Stirling swings across the line early, as the ball zooms up off the leading edge. Markram runs and slides across to his left, and completes the take. 40/3

13.4 to GH Dockrell, Length ball outside off, he tries to heave it on the offside but lobs it to Miller at mid-off. 93/7 13.5 to MR Adair, Short and wide, asking to be hit. But he carves away straight to deep backward point's hands. 93/8 18.5 to BJ McCarthy, This time it's taken! Full and on leg, it's flicked to the midwicket region and lands in Markram's safe hands. South Africa take the series 2-0. 138/10

6.2 to GJ Delany, Shamsi is animated in his leg-before appeal, and ends up even going across the pitch in half-celebration. And Delany reviews last moment after it is given out on field. He was on his back leg, and just above his knee as he tried to clip that shorter delivery on middle and off, which seemed to have turned in a tad after pitching. Replays show there is no inside edge, and it is umpire's call on hitting, as it just clips the top of middle. Delany gone without scoring. 40/4 |
