Canterbury Under-19 regional trial teams named

The following two Christchurch Metropolitan teams have been selected to compete at the Canterbury Under-19 regional tournament to be held at Mandeville from Nov 30-Dec 2.

Metro Red:

T Astle, S Barry, J Bennett, H Fisher, M Goldstein, B Newton, L O'Sullivan, M Peacock, J Pearce, B Rad, C Small, J Vernall.

Coach: Garfield Charles

Metro Black:

K Ambler, J Baxendale, D Broom, P Carey, M Fielding, R Hurring, T Johnston, D Matthews, C Rennell, D Saunders, D Yesberg, A Young.

Coach: Neville Lyons
