Moin doubtful starter for 1st one-day

Karachi, Oct 21: Pakistan captain Moin Khan was a doubtful starter for the first one-day international against England because of a sore throat and high fever.

The wicket-keeper, who has a history of the said sickness, was still bed-ridden and has been advised three days of rest. "My appearance on Tuesday will depend on fitness. I am feeling very weak," the skipper said.

He added that he has informed the team manager and coach about his fitness. But he was not sure if the team officials or the selectors have called up a reserve wicket-keeper.
