Vusi Sibanda supported Zimbabwe A's bid to put up a challenging target against Bangladesh A as the match entered the final day. Sibanda's 59 took 205 balls and a minute over four hours, and hauled Zimbabwe A out of early trouble when the bowlers had prised out two wickets. He fell at 146 after a 76-run stand with Justice Chibhabha (37), and this sparked off a brief collapse, where four wickets fell for 33. Zimbabwe A took a lead of 220 runs after dismissing Bangladesh A for 251, 18 runs short of their first-innings total of 269.
