The senior South Africa Women's team to tour England during August 2003 has
been selected after a successful inter-provincial tournament in East London
between March 31 and April 4.
The team will be captained by Alison Hodgkinson - one of five Western
Province players - with Yulandi van der Merwe as her deputy.
Amy Connolly of WP is the manager, while Border's Raymond Booi is the coach.
Shayamal Vallabhjee of Griqualand West will accompany the team as its
fitness specialist.
The touring party will depart from South Africa on Saturday, July 26, and
returns home on Sunday, August 24.
