West Indies Domestic: Busta Cup final package on TV

Port-of-Spain Regional cricket fans will be able to view nightly onehour highlights of the Busta Cup final. The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) and Busta Cup Series sponsor SM Jaleel and Co. Ltd. made the package available to Caribbean television stations.

The WICB said yesterday that CVM Television of Jamaica will produce the highlights for regional distribution by the Caribbean Broadcasting Union.

CVM will also bring residents of Jamaica ball-by-ball television coverage of the final, which started at Sabina Park yesterday.

The highlights will be transmitted to regional stations at 10 p.m. (East Caribbean time).

We hope that as many stations as possible broadcast the programmes so that the regional cricket fans can participate in the excitement of the final of the Busta Cup, said WICB's chief marketing executive, Chris Dehring.
