West Indies will arrive in Pakistan on November 6 to play three Tests and five one-day internationals according to the itinerary sent by the Pakistan board (PCB) to the West Indies board (WICB) for approval.
Saleem Altaf, PCB director cricket operations, said that West Indies had confirmed the tour a day before the ICC meeting in England in July. He added that West Indies may arrive four days earlier in case of an early elimination from the Champions Trophy in India.
"It would be difficult for them to head home from India if they are eliminated at an early stage of the Champions Trophy," Altaf told Dawn. "The PCB has agreed to accommodate them if the situation arises. A three-day match may also be added to the itinerary."
Lahore, Karachi and Multan will stage a Test and an ODI each, while Faisalabad and Rawalpindi will host the other two one-day internationals.
