Americas Umpire's Seminar in Costa Rica

ICC Americas Development Program will hold it's first seminar for umpires of the region.. Instruction in the basics of umpiring, including the laws and interruption will be presented by the course conducter, Mr Clyde Duncan former Guyana and West Indian umpire. The Regional Development Officer, Mr. Grant Dugmore is coordinating the event which is expected to be well attended. Umpires from the ten affiliate members and Argentina, an associate ,are expected to attend. The Umpire's seminar is the second phase of a five phase program of education to upgrade the knowledge and skills in five areas of the game, coaching, umpiring,scoring,groundmanship and administration..
