ESPNcricinfo has been recognised as the best destination for county cricket coverage after being named as the ECB's Online Publication of the Year.
It is the second consecutive year that ESPNcricinfo has scooped the prize, which is a part of the County Cricket Journalism Awards that recognises outstanding contributions towards the coverage of domestic cricket during the County season.
ESPNcricinfo's Vithushan Ehantharajah was also commended in the Young Journalist of the Year category.
ESPNcricinfo expanded its county coverage for 2013 with an improved live County Championship blog, video reports and in-depth county analysis through the Supporters Network. It has continued to break the latest news on the county game and provide the sharpest match reports.
The Cricket Paper was named the National Newspaper of the Year, with the Derby Telegraph being given the Regional Newspaper-of-the-Year award.
A special award was also bestowed upon the Yorkshire Post in recognition of being the outstanding regional newspaper in the previous three years, and for its "outstanding supplements" to mark Yorkshire's 150th anniversary.
Individual honours, renamed in honour of the late Christopher Martin-Jenkins, were awarded to Charlie Talbot-Smith of the Cricket Paper, as the Young Journalist of the Year, and Scott Reid of BBC Manchester as the inaugural Young Broadcaster of the Year.
The awards were presented by ECB chief executive David Collier at an official reception hosted by the Lord's Taverners for County Champions Durham. The winners, along with Women's county champions Sussex, were then received at Buckingham Palace by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.
