The following are the arrangements for the remaining eight teams on 15 April:
  • In Barbados, Bangladesh and Ireland go head to head at Kensington Oval. Play is scheduled to start at 0930 and afterwards there will be media conferences involving both captains and the man of the match.
  • Also in Barbados, England and West Indies will hold training sessions. England will train from 0915 at Windward Cricket Club and afterwards Kevin Pietersen will give a news conference. West Indies will train at Three Ws Oval from 0900 to 1200. A player will give a news conference at 1030. For specific media enquiries, contact West Indies media manager Imran Khan at +1 876 469 3521.
  • In Grenada, Sri Lanka and Australia will train ahead of their 16 April game. Australia will train at Grenada National Stadium from 0900 and tentatively around 1030 captain Ricky Ponting will give a press conference. Sri Lanka will practice from 1200 and prior to the training session coach Tom Moody will give a press conference.
  • New Zealand has opted for a pool session. The only media opportunity will be at 1000 when Peter Fulton will give a news conference in team hotel (Grenadian by rex resorts).
  • South Africa will be traveling to Barbados and so has opted not to train and has no plan to hold media conference. For specific media enquiries, contact South Africa media manager Gordon Templeton at +27 8345 26330.
  • Details of all media contacts for the eight teams that remain in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007, as well as the eight that have gone home, can be found in the ICC's latest Media Notes publication that can be downloaded at: www.icc-cricket.com.
