Mumbai, or Bombay, as they used to be known, are among the most dominant sides in first-class cricket history. Their 41 Ranji Trophy titles are about the same as what the rest of India's domestic sides have managed to rack up cumulatively, and their assembly line of talent, generation after generation, is unmatched on the Indian first-class circuit.
