Following their exhilarating win at Rawalpindi, Pakistan are narrow favourites to win in Peshawar

Following their exhilarating win at Rawalpindi, Pakistan are narrow favourites to win in Peshawar. India are evens for Friday's match, Pakistan are 8/11.
The injury to Ashish Nehra weakens India's already embattled bowling attack still further, and Pakistan have indicated, by selecting Taufeeq Umar, that they believe it is sheer weight of runs that will bring them victory in this thrilling series.
The Top Team batsman markets have followed the class players so far in this series, and punters would be well advised to avoid any outsider bets in this match. For Pakistan, Inzaman-ul-Haq and Yasir Hameed have led from the front, and for India, it has been Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar. Sachin is a short-priced favourite for India, so for better value, punters could look at the captain Saurav Ganguly at 13/2. In the Pakistan market, Shahid Afridi looks a useful bet at 11/2, but perhaps the joint-favourite Yousuf Youhana (7/2) is due a big score.
The Player Performance markets give punters the opportunity to go "higher or lower" on a player score determined by "fantasy" style points. Players score 1 point per run, 10 points per catch, 20 points per wickets and 25 per stumping. The stand-out bet in this market is Tendulkar, who looks a good bet to exceed his 58 - punters can get 5/6 on a Player Performance of 58 and over. Also a handy bet is Moin Khan who should go higher than his Player Performance of 36 - two catches and 16 runs takes him past this score.
If you're looking for a couple of dollars on an outside bet, have a look at the Man of the Match market. In the last one-day international to be played at Peshawar, Brendan Julian was the unlikely matchwinner for Australia. So why not have a gamble on a bowler like Mohammad Sami at 18/1, or even Balaji at 33/1.
