Zimbabwe have stepped up their preparations for the Under-19 World Cup next year with a junior tour of South Africa.
Officials in Pretoria have confirmed that Zimbabwe will play Northerns and Gauteng in a triangular 50-over series and some Twenty20 matches, all based in Pretoria.
Zimbabwe send at least four junior sides to South Africa at the end of each year, and this year's visit is being used by the U-19s as a useful warm-up for 2008 U-19 World Cup which will be held in Malaysia. The tournament begins in February.
