Gillespie named for comeback with Redbacks

ADELAIDE - Injury-plagued paceman Jason Gillespie was today included in South Australia's squad for the one-day cricket clash against Queensland at Adelaide Oval this Friday.

Gillespie has not played for a more than a month due to a hamstring strain sustained while representing Australia in the recent Test series against the West Indies.

The fast bowler was to have played Adelaide grade cricket at the weekend but withdrew after suffering stiffness at training last Thursday.

Gillespie was today named in a 13-strong squad.
