Nasser Hussain could be doubtful for Friday's second one-day international against Pakistan after he sprained his ankle in a collision during last night's match in Karachi.
The England captain turned his ankle in the collision then aggravated it during his innings of 73, which was instrumental in his side's historic five wicket victory.
Hussain was given ice-pack treatment on the field by England physio Dean Conway and received further treatment after arriving in Lahore today.
"I have just finished looking at it and there are no worrying signs so it will be a surprise if he is not right for Friday," said Conway.
"But we will slap some more packs on it and see how it is tomorrow. He seems to be walking around on it quite comfortably at the moment so hopefully it will be OK."
