ICC Executive Board to discuss review of structure of cricket, code of conduct and membership issues at Lord's on Monday

The ICC Executive Board will meet at Lord's Cricket Ground on Monday 27 June to consider a range of key policy issues in international cricket.

The Board members will consider an update on the Review of the Structure of Cricket project. It will also consider a range of governance issues that have been proposed by the Governance Review Committee and, where appropriate, make recommendations to the ICC Annual Conference which takes place on Tuesday 28 June.

Also on the agenda will be discussions on ICC anti-doping and anti-racism policies and the ICC Code of Conduct.

The ICC Executive Board comprises the Presidents/Chairmen or designated nominees of the 10 Test-playing nations and three representatives from ICC Associate Member countries:

On Sunday the ICC Associate Member countries voted for their three representatives on the ICC Executive Board over the next 12 months. HRH Tunku Imran (Malaysia) and Stanley Perlman (Israel) retained their places on the Board. Mazhar Khan (United Arab Emirates) replaces Jimmy Rayani (Kenya) as the third Associate Member delegate.

The ICC Associate Members also voted John Cribbin (Hong Kong), Laurie Pieters (Namibia) and John Wright (Ireland) onto the ICC Chief Executives' Committee (CEC). Wright replaces Ricardo Lord (Argentina) who served on the CEC over the last 12 months.

The ICC Executive Board is the ultimate policy-making body within the ICC. Commercial matters are dealt with by the IDI Board which will meet on Wednesday in Dublin. The composition of the IDI Board is currently the same as the composition of the ICC Executive Board.
