Rain washes out second day's play

Rain washed out the second day's play in the South Zone Ranji Trophy league match between Tamil Nadu and Andhra at the Guru Nanak college grounds on Thursday. Umpires Adil Palai and Vilas Bandiwedgar made six inspections before calling off play for the day at 3 pm. At stumps on the first day, Tamil Nadu at the end of a truncated day's play, were 153 for one.
