England's selectors have kept faith in their World Cup-winning squad for the inaugural ICC Women's World Twenty20 in June. All 15 players who participated in the World Cup in Australia have been included in a provisional squad of 18 which also includes Rosalie Birch and the uncapped pair of Danielle Hazell and Georgia Elwiss.
"We have enjoyed all the accolades after winning the World Cup and it has been an exciting time for us all but now we are fully focussed on winning the ICC World Twenty20," Charlotte Edwards told BBC Sport. "This tournament offers the greatest chance ever to promote women's cricket with the women's semi-finals and final on the same day, same ticket and in front of the same crowd as the men's matches."
This summer's tournament in England is the first time a men's and women's event is being held simultaneously. The early stages of the Women's World Twenty20 will be played at Taunton and the final will be at Lord's on June 21.
England beat New Zealand by four wickets in Sydney to win the World Cup for the first time since 1993.
