England's Kate Cross took List A best figures of 6 for 40 as Thunder beat South East Stars by 120 runs in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy at Beckenham.
Batting first, Thunder made 250 for 8 from their 50 overs, Seren Smale top-scoring with 76 and Fi Morris making 54. Ryana MacDonald-Gay was the Stars' most potent bowler with three for 42 and she also claimed a run out, while Kalea Moore took 2 for 49.

Eve Jones scored a brilliant match-winning 130 as Central Sparks posted their highest-ever total in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy to comfortably beat Western Storm by 145 runs at Taunton.
In scintillating form, the 32-year-old opener plundered 18 fours and a six in an innings spanning 163 balls as the visitors ran-up an imposing 297 for 3 in 50 overs, narrowly surpassing their previous competition best of 296 made against Loughborough Lightning in 2021.

West Indies won a third successive T20I series against South Africa by defending 179 at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, where they dismantled a chase that was well set up. South Africa were 129 for 3 in the 14th over but lost 7 for 20 in 36 balls and were bowled out for 149 in 19.4 overs to fall short by 30 runs.
Akeal Hosein and Gudakesh Motie made the crucial breakthroughs when they removed Tristan Stubbs and Donovan Ferreira, respectively, but then it was over to Romario Shepherd and Shamar Joseph to finish it off. Shepherd ended with 3 for 15 from his four overs and Joseph with a career-best 3 for 31. Between them, they took South Africa's chances of levelling the series from on track to derailed.

Title favourites Surrey took less than two sessions on day four to bowl out Lancashire for 177 at the Kia Oval to complete an impressive innings-and-63-run victory.
Conor McKerr polished off Lancashire's tail to finish with 4 for 27 while Dan Worrall and Jordan Clark picked up three wickets apiece as long-time Division One leaders Surrey, champions in 2022 and 2023, made it seven wins from ten Vitality County Championship matches this season. It is another big step for Surrey towards a third title in a row.
