Scorecard
Sarah Taylor's 74-ball 55 helped England Women chase down 127 within 34 overs for a seven-wicket win against West Indies Women in the second ODI. England also took a 1-0 lead in the three-match series. Earlier, fast bowler Kate Cross decimated the West Indies' top order to set up a low run-chase.
Cross removed Kycia Knight, June Ogle and Stafanie Taylor early after West Indies chose to bat. Shaquana Quintyne scored 42 but, in the absence of any significant contribution from their batsmen, West Indies were eventually bundled out for 126 in 38.1 overs. Cross finished the match with figures of 10-1-51-4, while medium-pacer Natalie Sciver also took three wickets.
England lost Charlotte Edwards early, trapped lbw by Subrina Munroe, but recovered as Taylor and Lauren Winfield added 64 for the second wicket. Winfield fell for 31, but Taylor carried on, scoring her 12th ODI fifty to complete the victory.
