That's it from us then, as the Desert Vipers grab another victory with ease. The table-toppers proved exactly why they are where they are, with a great all-round performance. Debutant Khuzaima Tanveer starred with the ball, and then Sam Curran and Alex Hales ensured the Sharjah Warriorz were dispatched with ease. From our scorer, Harshith and myself, thanks for joining us, and stay tuned for the next game.

Khuzaima Tanveer, POTM:Whenever I play cricket, I enjoy it. No pressure. Captain gave me the plan to hit the deck hard, and I just executed the plan and got wickets. I'm enjoying my time out there.

Sam Curran, Vipers captain: It's always nice to win. We bowled really well. What a debut from our UAE star. Jason batted really well, and them Khuzaima came in and took those wickets. The great thing about the team is that everyone stands up at different times. Hales batted beautifully, it was a pleasure to join him. Hopefully Lockie is back next game, it's not as bad as everyone thinks.

Tim Southee, Warriorz captain: We got ourselves in a nice position and lost a few too many wickets in the back half. We've showed glimpses but haven't strung enough together. Four games left - the equation is pretty simple. It was tough in the first few overs, we needed to take regular wickets. It was nice to get Jason Roy back in form.

5:12 pm The Desert Vipers extend their lead at the top of the table to six points with a superb victory. It threatened to be a contest, but never really was. Debutant Khuzaima Tanveer's 4-22 restricted the Sharjah Warriors to 151 on a surface that had a lot for the batters. Early strikes from Milne had the Vipers down at 24-2 after four overs, but a 128 run partnership from Sam Curran (55*) and Alex Hales (77*) saw the table-toppers romp home to an eight-wicket victory with 31 balls to spare. The Warriorz hopes for a top-four spot, meanwhile take quite the hit, as their NRR dips further to -1.53.

Zampa to Sam Curran, FOUR runs

Short, flat, well outside off and Curran just punches this through the covers. 100 partnership up in quick time - they want to do all this themselves, eh?

Zampa to Sam Curran, SIX runs

Not this way he can't! Zampa tosses it up. Curran dances down the wicket, and heaves a maximum over long on. Four sixes in a row for the Vipers, as the Warriorz need to change the ball.

The required run-rate has dipped below six. Hales in full flow. This has one result written all over it.

Can Zampa change things?

Was that out? The Warriorz are claiming a catch, as the umpire checks for a bump ball. It's a full ball outside off, and replays show the batter hit the ball into the ground before looping to the fielder at point. Not out.
