Following the one-day Super Series, which was more a pea-souper than a super-duper, we felt some light relief was required to boost ourselves for the Super Test. And what better way than to run another caption competition.

Andrew Flintoff collected his award on Monday in Sydney, from the uber-smooth Channel 4 henchman Mark Nicholas. He was rather more restrained in his celebrations than a few weeks ago, which made us wonder what he might rather have said to Mr Nicholas and the audience. Fill out the form below to submit your entry (or, indeed, entries).

The best (and worst, frankly) will be published shortly after the completion of the Test. And as an added incentive, we have a book to give away to the three best entries you can conjure. David Frith, the cricket historian and founder editor of Wisden Cricket Monthly, has kindly offered copies of his new book, Battle for the Ashes (Ebury Press), his account of this summer's gripping Test series.
