Scotland coach Peter Drinnen paid tribute to his side's never-say-die attitude after their two-run triumph over the Netherlands in the ICC World Cricket League on Friday.
The Scots made 207 from their 37 overs after overnight rain forced the match at Jaffery Sports Club to be shortened.
The Dutch had three wickets in hand heading into the final over, but ended up 205 all out as Drinnen's team fought back to secure their third win of the tournament with one ball to spare.
"It's quite incredible," said Drinnen, whose team overcame Ireland by three wickets on Tuesday and saw off Canada by seven runs on Wednesday.
"It's been one of those weeks where we continue to fall on the right side of the fence... and I don't know why that is!
"The guys are playing pretty good cricket but it's quite incredible."
Drinnen admitted he had feared the worst before the final over, but man-of-the-match Paul Hoffmann had Billy Stelling caught by John Blain at mid-off, Peter Borren run out and Edgar Schiferli bowled to see the Scots home.
"Going into the last over with the two guys [Stelling and Borren] still in, I thought 'I don't know how we're going to get out of this one'," added Drinnen.
"But credit to the guys. All week, they keep fighting and they keep fighting. You've got to take your hat off to them. They've pulled that one out of the fire - a wonderful effort, fantastic."
