Gordon Greenidge rolled back the years at Queen?s Park yesterday.
The former West Indies opening batsman showed he had lost very little of his
batting skills in the annual match marking Tourism Week.
The 49-year-old Greenidge, leading a Tourism South team, made 60 off 67 balls
before he retired.
Greenidge?s former opening partner, Desmond Haynes, was not as successful when
he batted on two occasions for Tourism West.
Haynes made one and 26 and his team lost the match by 23 runs in spite of an
unbeaten 83 by Ryan Sugrim.
