ICC Chief Executive Malcolm Speed today announced that a comprehensive review of the way that international cricket is structured will be conducted by the ICC in his speech at the ICC Cricket Business Forum at Lord's Cricket Ground.
In a speech that addressed a wide range of cricket issues, Mr Speed announced the following:
1. The ICC Executive Board has approved a plan for the ICC to conduct a comprehensive review of the structure of international cricket
2. Increased powers will be made available to the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Umpires and the ICC Chief Executive to report breaches of the ICC Code of Conduct over an extended period of time
