Saffron Walden will begin their defence of the National Club Championship with a second round tie at home to Farnham Royal.
Last season's runners-up, Barnt Green, have also received a bye in the first round and will travel to the winners of Walmley and Wem in round two.
Stanmore, one of the two beaten semi-finalists last year, face a daunting trip to High Wycombe - Home Counties Premier League Champions in 2002 - in the second round, while the other beaten semi-finalists, Guisborough, will travel to Scarborough in round two.
The National Club Champions will receive a cheque for £6,000 with the runners-up receiving £3,000.
The Final will return to Lord's Cricket Ground in 2003 on Thursday, 4th September.
