37 named for women's cricket camp
LAHORE,April 30: As many as 37 probabales were announced on
Wednesday for the training camp being organised from May 2 at
the LCCA ground to finalise a national women's cricket team.
The names were announced by the president, Pakistan Women's
Cricket Association, Mrs Ahmad Javed, after the final of the
Inter-Provincianal Cricket Championship at the LCCA ground.
She said that after a five-day training a final 14-member team
will be announced on May 7 which was likely to tour England or
South Africa in June this year.
The following are the names of the probabales: Attiya Amin,
Raeesa Ilyas, Humaira Masroor, Shabana, Nazia, Khadija, Azra
Parveen, Sameen Hashmi, Aisha Ashr, Sumraa Zaka, Saima Afzal,
Saadia Malik, Imrana Fayyaz, Shazia Ilyas, Uzma Malik, Shazeena
Kulsoom, Bilqees, Aneela Ayub, Kiran Ilyas, Saadia Afzal, Naeema
Zaheer, Sajida, Roohi, Yasmeen Jabeen, Mahnaz, Nadia Ejaz,
Nazia, Sultana Yousuf, Najam-un-Nisa, Shabana, Farhana Ayaz,
Sajida, Asifa Kausar, Shahnaz, Huma Sheikh and Razia Malik.
