Karachi, July 13: A 16-man Pakistan cricket squad returned from Colombo, Sri Lanka, here on Thursday afternoon. Waqar Younis proceeded to Australia while Shahid Afridi has stayed back.

In Sri Lanka, Pakistan won the three-Test series 2-0 but lost all the four triangular series matches, two each to Sri Lanka and South Africa.

Prior to that, Pakistan won the tri-nation series in Sharjah, West Indies and Dhaka. Two umpiring errors denied Pakistan a chance to win the St John's (Antigua) Test which the West Indies won by one wicket to clinch the three-Test series 1-0.

The team, which returned today, is: Moin Khan (captain), Inzamam-ul- Haq (vice-captain), Saeed Anwar, Imran Nazir, Younis Khan, Yousuf Youhana, Mohammad Akram, Shabbir Ahmad, Abdur Razzaq, Azhar Mahmood, Arshad Khan, Shoaib Malik and Mushtaq Ahmad.

Javed Miandad (coach), Brig Khawaja Mohammad Nasir (manager), Nauman Niaz (assistant manager).
