Dharmapala Vidyalaya by 12 runs, at Pannipitiya recently.
N. Randika top scored for Thurstan with 78. I. Indula did similarly
for Dharmapala also with 78.

Premadasa 25, H. Gunewardena 5 for 29, Manoratne 3 for 47)
Dharmapala Vidyalaya 224 for 9 wkts. in 50 overs: (I.Indula 78, S.
Dinesh 38, S. Shantha 32, C. Aravinda 2 for 19, N. Randika 2 for 26,
G. de Silva 2 for 28)
CB's regional office opens in Kandy

The Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka will open the first of
its Regional Board Offices when Board No. 2 (Kandy Region) will be
declared open by the President of the Board of Control for Cricket in
Sri lanka, Thilanga Sumathipala on Thursday May 21 at 3.30 p.m. at the
Asgiriya International Stadium, Kandy.
President of the Kandy District CA, Thilina Tennakoon will function as
Chairman while Mr. Janaka Pathirana will be the secretary. In addition
to this there will also be an Administrative Officer.
This Regional Office will handle all matters relating to cricket and
activities of the Cricket Board in the region of kandy, Kegalle and
Nuwara Eliya.
