South Africa's 15-man emerging players squad, that will take part in a four-nation tournament in Brisbane next month, will undergo a three-day training camp at the High Performance Centre in Pretoria from July 2-5.
The team, captained by Neil McKenzie, will play three Twenty20 games and six one-day matches. The 12-day tournament which involves Australia, India, New Zealand and South Africa will be played at the Allan Border Cricket Field, Brisbane.
Charl Langeveldt has been withdrawn from the squad because of a groin injury he suffered at the end of the season which is still under treatment. He will not be replaced.
Speaking ahead of the training camp, McKenzie said: "We are looking forward to this tour as it will serve as a great opportunity for our guys to stake claims for the national squad. We will be using the three-day training camp to sharpen-up before leaving for Australia".
