At Leeds, June 22. Abandoned.

As on West Indies' 2009 tour, the Headingley one-day international was washed out. Three years earlier, controversy had centred on a new drainage system, which failed to cope even though the weather improved. This time, the rain was so heavy that play was never a possibility, and the controversy came beforehand when coach Andy Flower announced he would rest Swann, Broad and local hero Bresnan for the last match of a series they had already won.

Man of the Series: I. R. Bell.
