When Getkate came to the crease, the Warriors were in a bit of trouble at 45 for three, and it did feel that the game was in the balance.
An excellent 63 run partnership with Ani Chore seemed to the game away from the Reds. It was fitting then that Getkate was the one to hit the winning runs.
The Reds didn't take all their chances, and the dropped catches and missed stumping will be something that they will rue as they reflect on the match today.
The Warriors will be delighted to have picked up the four points for the win, and Shane Getkate has just been announced as player of the match which really was a Captain's performance.
